Terms and Conditions – Single event

These Terms and Conditions regulate the agreement (“Agreement”) between Kudos To You AB (“Company”), and You (“Customer”), on the date of acceptance.

1. Service Description: Company agrees to provide Customer with access to the Qdos2U.com platform (“Service”) with the number of participants as selected by you for one (1) single event as defined in Section 2.
2. Single event: The definition of a Single event, or OneTime event, is a contract that will grant the Customer access to the Qdos2U.com platform for one project/initiative, including admin access to prepare and control the project. The event is active from the creation date until the time when Kudos certificates are distributed to the participants.
3. Number of participants in Single event: The number of participants available for the project is defined by the Customer when ordering the Service at Qdos2U.com.
4. Replacement of participants: Before the project is active, the participants are replacable. Once a project becomes active in the sense that communication has been sent to participant(s) through the platform, each participant will allocate one slot. The slot will be allocated during the duration of the project.
5. Payment: Customer will be invoiced for the Service, as defined in Section 6, upon the activation of project, i.e. when invites are starting to be sent to participants. Payment terms for the invoice are 30 days. All payments are non-refundable.
6. Single event fee: The event fee is calculated according to the pricelist published on www.qdos2u.com/pricing on the date of acceptance.
7. Warranty Disclaimer: The Service is provided “as is” and Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Company be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service.
9. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
10. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
11. Acceptance: By completing the order of the single event on the Qdos2U.com webpage, the Customer is accepting to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
